「First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. 」

「Absolutely PERFECT home where a group of adult siblings could act like kids again! The home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming! Probably the best stocked rental I have experienced! Including the outside with several sitting areas, gas grill for cooking, outdoor TV, beautiful pool, and great outdoor dining! Quiet and private location. 「Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...
