"The location and amenities of the resort were great. The pool access and proximity to the beach area were a plus. Staff and pool service was fantastic too. I would have given the heading an excellent rating except for the fact that the rooms are a bit dated and in need of a facelift. Certainly not dirty but definitely in need of an update. The resort lobby was upgraded and fit for an excellent rating, but the rooms were lacking the same upgrades as the lobby area. Saint Simmons is a wonderful destination and the resort was close to the downtown area and the resort staff were friendly and professional. We would definitely come back."

"I’ve been traveling to St Simons since the 1970’s as a kid and the 1980’s as an adult - so I’ve seen a number of different accommodations over the years. I can honestly say - this is one of my favorites. The location in the Pier Village is ideal - a walk to beaches and numerous restaurants. And - so much more of the island accessible via golf cart. Check in was seamless. Inquiries were all responded to by the owner Jerry in minutes. I could go on - but you get the idea. It was a great experience and I will be booking again in 2027!"

"This home was perfect for our family. Everything you could ever need for a beach vacation was provided. The kitchen was well equipped and the kitchen/dining area was spacious. The pool was very relaxing and the rear of the house had a nice view of the ocean. The house was conveniently located near restaurants and shops which was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there."

"Property is clean and attractive. Great location. The housekeepers we ran into were super nice and helpful. However, communication with host/staff was unsuccessful. We tried twice to call the number provided and left messages about needing more bedding for the sofabed and a leaking ac unit (bedroom) with no answer and no return call. Plan to be on your own staying here."

"We had the best week! We have kids from 5 to 13. The older kids enjoyed being able to walk to the cute downtown area. The adults loved walking to restaurants. The house is fully stocked for cooking for large groups. We loved the private pool and cute turtles that the fed all week. The house is beautiful and nicely updated. Ryan was so kind and accommodating!We will be booking the same house for next summer."

"We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling relaxing and comfortable.The owner was incredibly responsive, answering every question quickly and making the entire process seamless from booking through checkout. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.Traveling with our older adult kids can sometimes be a challenge to find a place that works well for everyone, but this home was perfect. We made so many wonderful memories together and truly had one of our best family vacations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!"

"This house was perfect for my family, which included 5 adults and 2 teens (and two small dogs). Everyone had their own room, which was perfect. The house is very spacious. I loved that the master and one of the bunk rooms was on one side of the house, while the queen rooms and other bunk room were on the opposite side of the house. The house was clean, came with essentials like bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry and dish detergent. The house was easy to get in and out of with the smart lock. The pool is big. It had been dirty due to rain and storms, but was cleaned quickly by the pool company. The deck and back yard were great for hanging out as well. The house was about a mile walk to the pier, shops, and lighthouse, which we frequented daily. The beach was a bit further away, so we did drive to the beach itself. The house is in a great spot, with easy access to lots of places on the island. We even took a day trip to Savannah, which was about 1.5 hours away. I’d definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in St. Simon with their larger family."
