「It's nice, clean and quite.」

「We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were close to the Hospital to visit a friend. Room was clean carpet could use an upgrade but everything else was fine.」

「The hotel itself was cool. We did book in the wrong Franklin. We was supposed to be in Franklin TN not Franklin KY. But the hotel in KY was good, the staff was nice and I was able to cancel the second night since we booked the wrong hotel.」

「Will for sure be coming back! This place felt very homey. We enjoyed all of the animals and how friendly they were, especially the dog and cat. Everything was fantastic.」

「A great place to get away from it all. The 100 yr old farmhouse had plenty of space and all things needed to relax and enjoy family. The hosts were incredible as they invited us to participate in feeding and milking the goats and egg fetching. The fire every evening was the cherry on top trying to catch lightning bugs.」

「Family all live in different states so TN/KY was a great mid- way point for all of us. We fell in love with the Yellow House immediately on-line but seeing it in person was so much better. Huge rooms, great yard and convenient to many fun places for the day. Kevin went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything the house included, especially the Christmas decor. Would love to return. Thanks from all of us for a great Christmas.」

「Other than bed sizes not seeming accurate ie king advertised but seemed to be a queen Only wish there was a larger table to eat with a group and more seating in living space , our stay was enjoyable」
