Beautiful waterfront home conveniently located Mid Lake and just a minute from the Mink Creek boat ramp! Serene Lakeside Retreat offers guests 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a dock for your boat and both a sunroom and screened porch!

Youll enter the home and go left into the spacious living area with big screen TV and super comfortable couch and loveseat. Continuing toward the lake you'll have beautiful lake views in your spacious well equipped kitchen.

Off the kitchen is your sunroom and screened porch where you can relax andtake in the beautiful lake views. The laundry area and half bath are also just off the kitchen.

Your primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, big screen TV and ample areas for your clothes and personal items. The En-Suite full bath includes a shower and jetted tub!

The second bedroom includes a king size bed and the third two twin beds. Both bedrooms have nice sized closets for clothes and personal items. The second full bath is located in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms.

Everything was good except the driveway needs bushes cut back. With boat and trailer, it was not possible to back all the way down without hitting landscaping. The house was clean and had everything but regular coffee pot. We did enjoy our stay.

What a wonderful property! We were looking for a pet-friendly property where we could cook a Thanksgiving meal and enjoy amazing porches and outdoor spaces with our grown kids and their pups. This homey lake house more than met our needs. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped (Pastry blender? Lime squeezer? Cookie sheets and pie pans? Yes, yes, and yes...plus loads more!) The views of the lake from the boathouse dock and the glass-enclosed sunroom were just breathtaking. We really appreciated the plentiful, comfortable seating for our group to enjoy football on Iron Bowl weekend. Our trip to nearby Cathedral Caverns was a wonderful family activity and got us some steps after a day of feasting, lol. David and Edna were exceptionally thoughtful and responsive hosts. We can highly recommend this wonderful lake house for family fun. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future!
