The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 parking spaces in the driveway next to the house (not down at the lower house. This parking is reserved for the tenants in the lower house)
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Large patio, BBQ, outdoor seating, trampoline, swing set
- For safety, the fireplace in the primary bedroom is not operable.

Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 8PM-8AM

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage that is reserved for storage. The pool on the property is not available for guest use.

The Santa Cruz Mountains offer a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. This lush and forested region is a nature lover's dream, featuring towering redwood groves, hiking and biking trails, and pristine state parks like Big Basin Redwoods State Park. With picturesque vistas, it's an idyllic setting for outdoor activities, including birdwatching and camping. The Santa Cruz Mountains also boast a thriving wine scene, with vineyards and wineries producing exceptional varietals. It's a place to unwind, disconnect, and find solace in nature's beauty, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and outdoor adventure.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (20 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell (15 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (5 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (20 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hour drive)
- Nearest grocery store (10 minute drive)

Other Things to Note:
- On your way to the house, cell phone reception may be limited in some areas, so we recommend loading your map before you begin your drive to ensure a smooth arrival.
- In the event of a power outage, the house is equipped with an automatic backup generator that can power the entire home.
- The landscapers will be at the property on Mondays to take the trash down to the bottom of the road, and they will return on Wednesday mornings to bring it back.
- This is a shared property, with other tenants living in the unit below. We ask that you please be respectful of their space and mindful of noise, particularly during quiet hours.
- We have landscapers, pest service, pool service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
