"The property boasts a beautiful view and is part of a new construction, which made everything feel fresh and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the space was generous—with a roomy kitchen, large bedrooms, a spacious family room, and a wide deck to enjoy the scenery. The internet was fast, and ceiling fans throughout the home added to the comfort, especially on warmer days. One of the standout features was how quiet the location was—great for relaxing or getting work done. The host was outstanding—they went above and beyond by personally walking me through the property to explain how everything worked, pointing out local attractions, dropping me off at the car rental agency, and being very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. It’s rare to find such a committed and thoughtful host. On top of all this, the price was excellent compared to similar properties in the area. There are a few things to be aware of. The water has a moderate sulfur smell/taste, which is not uncommon in some areas but might take getting used to. The access road for the last quarter mile is quite rough—small cars may have difficulty with clearance, so I’d strongly recommend a rental car with higher ground clearance. Additionally, the nearest grocery stores and bars are not within walking distance, so having a vehicle is essential. "Aqua de Vista was everything we wanted in a vacation rental. Spacious and bright, the open floor plan provided beautiful views of the sea in front of the villa. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals or snacks. We did a preorder of food and drinks through Sunkiss Provisioning and everything had been delivered and put away when we arrived. Highly recommend this as the nearest grocery is in Marsh Harbour. The bedrooms and baths were large and completed stocked for a week stay. Beach towels and toys were an added bonus. Having a bathroom on the lower level was great so you didn't have to go through the house when coming out of the water or finishing a walk on the beach. The beach pavilion served as a great place for an afternoon nap in the hammock or drink sitting at the bar. The location was perfect for us. We went snorkeling right in front of the villa off Lobster Cay. Lots of fish, lobster and other sea creatures. At low tide we walked to the cay to explore and collect shells. Aqua de Vista was situated well to allow us to visit other parts of the island. A great find was Da Valley restaurant on Little Abaco. A bit of a drive but well worth it for their Conch dinner. Closer to the villa is Coop's. A fairly new place with great food, drink and nightlife. Pete's Pub in Little Harbour is worth the drive south. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and if we are back in the Abacos will definitely book Aqua de Vista. "

"The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Loved all the sea turtles that came to see us multiple times a day. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we could need for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was yucky for our stay but we made the best of it and still had a great trip. We had 3 couples and we were celebrating 2- life long best friends turning 50. We loved having a golf cart to get around but if we had to do over we would probably have rented a car too so we could explored a little more of the area. The owners were super helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. The property manager Jackie was great and also owns a taxi company so we arranged several trips with him during our stay and picked us up at airport and took a us by grocery store on way to house. Jackie and his team were very kind and shared lots of stories about the island. All the locals were very friendly and welcoming. We would def recommend staying ant Palms n Paradise and if you are into boating they have a great dock just steps from the back door. "

"The first part of our trip was a catamaran charter through Cruise Abaco and your beautiful condo was the icing on the cake for a week of beach fun. We loved the high ceilings, well equipped kitchen, golf cart and the location, being so close to the fun side of the club with the swim up bar! The attention to detail and high end decor finishes were excellent and made us feel so welcome and relaxed. We loved being able to walk out on the sand bar at low tide and enjoyed snorkeling the rocks right at the property. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!
