Surrounded by a well maintained garden (5000sqm) with olive, almond and citrus trees and aromatic and ornamental plants, Villa Nico (300smq) is an exclusive villa with a private swimming pool (dim. 12m x 6m - depth. 1,20m - 2,20m) with solarium located in the countryside near Scicli.

Ideal for visiting the beautiful natural scenery of south-east Sicily such as the baroque towns of Modica, Noto and Syracuse in theVal di Noto, the fishing villages and the sandy beaches of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Portopalo and Marzamemi and the enchanting Cava d'Ispica and Vendicari nature reserves.

Recently restored, the villa consists of the main house on the ground floor, the detached annex and the exclusive wellness area with a sauna, whirlpool bath and bathroom with shower on the lower floor. From the terrace (200sqm) or from the infinity private swimming pool (12X6; 1.20 - 2.20m deep; open from 01.01 to 31.12) it is possible to admire beautiful views over the surrounded landscapes.

MAIN HOUSE: on the ground floor we find one spacious bright living area, a modern and well-equipped kitchen (five stove burners type gas, electric oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave), three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, all accessible from the exterior. On the lower floor we find the spa area with sauna, hydro massage tub and one bathroom with shower.

Please note that only small pets are allowed. Weekly tidying up included.
