Splendid vacation villa rental, halfway between Marina di Modica and Scicli, Sicily. The property lies tucked away in the countryside just 7 km from the seaside.
This rural building complex has recently been renovated and converted into a vacation estate. The interiors have been tastefully and simply decorated, and offer all modern amenities. With 6 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 12 people.
A natural park with picturesque, traditional dry stone walls surrounds Villa Dimora Pura. Outside there is a beautiful garden, and various terraces furnished with tables, chairs and a pergola for enjoying al fresco meals. A large private pool just for guests is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas: it’s the perfect place for cooling off and relaxing on hot summer days with family and friends.
Villa Dimora Pura is an excellent base for exploring the nearby Baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse; the seaside hamlets of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi; Vendicari Nature Reserve; and the Kamarina and Cava d’Ispica archaeological sites.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
