We hade a great time at the hotel. When we arrived they hade a great misfortune, due to rainfall and water coming down to the hotel cellar, also breakfast area. One of the owners worked all evening, poor guy! But in the morning the breakfast room was ready. We received a great recommendation for dinner. In the morning we could borrow a keycard to enter the nearby castle gardens, all and all great service!

Small hotel with nice touches

The location was ideal for a visit to the Schwetzingen Castle! Plus a free entry to the garden was just across the street. I liked the little extras like the apples, water, treats on the pillow. Up to date decor in the room and the drink fridge with Apfel Scharle for purchase was nice.

Lovely stay

Lovely family run small hotel with B&B atmosphere. Room (w/ A/C) was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out and coffee was good. Convenient walking distance to stadtmarkt and palace. While there is no bar, small fridge with beer, water and soft drinks in the hallway, and a shaded sitting area in the yard. Ample parking in the neighborhood if the lot overflows. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
