Tastefully and high-quality furnished, this holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a listed apartment building directly on the city beach in Schwerin's Zippendorf district. Your holiday home with upscale furnishings, which also includes free Wi-Fi and a small balcony, offers you a great panoramic view of Schwerin's inner lake and the fine sandy beach. The holiday apartment, renovated in 2021, is located in the Zippendorf district. All of the state capital's sights such as Schwerin Castle, the cathedral, the market, the state theater and all museums can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Or you can purchase the SchwerinTicket (Schwerin adventure pass) and receive discounts on many services, and you can even use local transport free of charge. Various shopping arcades and boulevards in Schwerin also invite you to stroll. Highlights included: All consumption-based energy costs, bed linen and towels Tourism fee WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS Activities nearby: During your holiday in the state capital Schwerin you can wonderfully combine culture and relaxation.
