Et standard hotel - hverken godt eller dårligt

Da vi bestilte stod der at værelset med balkon hvor der var udsigt til bjergende. Man glemte at fortælle at først var der et tag og over det kunne man se bjerge. Morgenmads restauranten på hotellet var lidt speciel. Man måtte kun sidde ved det bord med ens værelsesnummer. Dette gjaldt også selv om restauranten ikke var fyldt. Alt i alt er hotellet ok selv om det drives på en lidt speciel måde.

Wir waren für zwei Tage zum Skifahren dort; dafür ist alles prima und sehr zweckmäßig. Sehr gut der eigene Spint für Ski und Skischuhe incl. Skischuh-Trockner. Ebenfalls recht schön der Wellnessbereich.

Don't expect to be treated well

We stayed in the superior rooms. They were clean and new, the design of the rooms is tasteful. The breakfast and dinner were acceptable but below the standard we experienced in hotels of similar price range in the Zillertal region. We were annoyed by the fact that the wellness area is closed Saturdays (when we stayed there) even though this is not mentioned in the description of the hotel. Also, the hotel imposes a substantial hourly fee for the usage of the advertised whirlpool, for bathrobes, and for internet. The conduct of the manager was gruff. For instance, we found it rather impolite to confront us with the room bill during dinner the night before departure requesting its immediate payment. We will unlikely return.
