"Basically, it is a new hotel not ready to be a hotel. The listing on Expedia said it had A/C. It did not. I arrived after 9 pm on my only night there to find it impossible to enter. No one told me this in advance. I had to call and wait 5 minutes to enter my room all the while having to a make room"

They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold.
