Schoodic Lake

The Charles Hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the amenities felt genuinely upscale. Staff were accommodating and allowed us extra time to check out, which made the end of our stay stress-free. On-site parking was a huge plus, and the location couldn’t be better — just steps from Harvard Square, with great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was perfectly located near train stations, and walking distance from almost all tourist attractions. Staff was amazing!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Room lovely, lobby really nice. Free evening snacks and wine lovely. Complimentary apoles and Tate’s cookies on each floor. Got a $20 meal credit at check in which was a nice bonus, especially for breakfast. There was no mini fridge in our standard king - only an inconvenience when we had leftovers we wanted to keep. But usually not necessary. Valet requires a little bit of patience but was grateful they had it.
