The apartment Beilwert is located in the basement of the house. The apartment has a size of 62m², consists of 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower and toilet and a hallway. The entire apartment is equipped with hot water underfloor heating.

Our vacation apartments are located in the district of Sellinghausen, a small village in the town of Schmallenberg with about 200 inhabitants. In 2021/2022 we completely renovated and refurnished our vacation apartments. We offer two apartments for rent: the apartment Stötenberg with 86 m² and the apartment Beilwert with 62m² living space. Both apartments have their own entrance and terrace. Free W-Lan is available - fiber optic connection! Our house is located in the quiet outskirts of the village, the driveway ends at our house, there is no other traffic at the house. In Sellinghausen there is a ski and toboggan lift, numerous hiking trails are directly accessible - tip: the new "Bergmannspfad Sellinghausen" from the village center!
