"Climate control is virtually non-existent — the property offers no air conditioning whatsoever. In its place, a single commercial electric floor fan is provided, which falls significantly short of adequately cooling the space, particularly during warmer periods. This is a major comfort concern that prospective guests should be fully aware of before booking. Adding to the disappointment, the washing machine advertised in the listing photos is nowhere to be found on the premises. This is a direct discrepancy between what was presented at the time of booking and the actual facilities available upon arrival — a misleading representation that materially affected the decision to book this property. Guests who rely on in-unit laundry during their stay will find themselves without this essential amenity."
