Die Räume sind groß, modern und vorallem sauber - auch im Sommer war es angenehm kühl, man konnte auch alle Rolläden komplett dunkel verschließen. Das Einchecken (Abholung der Schlüssels am Haus) ist kinderleicht und alles andere ist seibsterklärend. "Der Kontakt zu Olli war immer angenehm, freundlich, familiär. Alles war sehr sauber und die Wohnung schön warm. In der Küche war für uns alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Ganz besonders haben wir uns über den Weihnachtsbaum gefreut, der liebevoll geschmückt war. Für uns als Auszeit war es wunderbar. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Warum ich einen Stern weniger vergeben hab, ist die fehlende Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter würde man gerne abends bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung rosenrot verfügt über keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Deswegen würde ich beim nächsten Mal eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten. Ich bin bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen."

"We always stay here when we visit Kempten. The hotel is very well run and offers a great choice of rooms. We usually book a garden room which is big enough for the two of us and our small dog. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good. "
