Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es werden genügend Handtücher und Geschirrtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Fahrräder (E-Bikes) kann man im Schuppen unterstellen und bei Bedarf auch direkt dort aufladen.Viele Radtoure sind direkt von Berndorf aus möglich. Die Nähe zu Salzburg ermöglicht problemlose Ausflüge in diese schöne Stadt."
