Para Sol Villa spacious w/ stunning Ocean View

PARA SOL Villa is a home away from home to re-coup, re-connect and re-animate. With a single large bedroom and generous patios facing the sea, this intimate villa has no less than 20 windows for inviting in the sun's rays and directing out framed views of the landscape.

Although only 900 square feet enclosed, this architect-designed villa never feels smalls and abounds in interesting details. To complete the experience, a unique collection of original local artworks, decorates the walls.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs for full cooking. Appliances include a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, blender, stove with oven and a refrigerator.

Washer and dryer are provided for your personal laundry needs.

Cable TV is provided with 1 TV in the bedroom and another in the living area.

The sofa pulls out to provide a sofa bed.

Over the years, much love and attention has been lavished on PARA SOL. It's not easy to maintain a house by the sea in a good serviceable condition. In this regard, we would be most grateful if you could help us to keep the property in its current state by taking good care of your surroundings. We would especially like it if you would report any and all maintenance issues you encounter. As a sign of your good faith as our maintenance partners, please read the pledge below as a way of honouring your commitment as stewards for all future visitors.
