スカーバラのアパート

「Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

「We loved this place, the location, and the host!」

「We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :)」

「There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment」

「Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. 」

「Our stay in Portland was great. Ride & Shine accommodations were great. The unit was clean and met our expectations, the location was perfect for us. We were able to explore the area in Portland. Rise & Shine hosts were great - their communication was great, they explained the check-in and check-out process and were attentive to our needs. We highly recommend others looking for a place to stay in Portland, ME.」

「The location was awesome! Equidistant from old Portland, the main downtown area and the ports. Easy walk to them all. Place was great, only reason I put 3 stars for price is because it was a bit higher than normal due to the holiday weekend. Highly recommend this place」

「This is a pet friendly cottage with close proximity to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and amusements of Old Orchard Beach. The property is VERY rustic but very clean with a lot of towels and comfortable beds. Our biggest complaint is that the internet is weak and unreliable. This is a problem for anyone who needs to work remotely or if your kids want to watch TV on a rainy day or in the evening. This property met most of our basic needs.」

「Terrible area with no parking-no lights in entrance- not suitable for more than two bedrooms. Fold out couch setup no good. Stairs steep and dangerous」

「Excellent property! Clean and well appointed. There was everything you could need within a 5 min drive radius. Communication was excellent. There was a fire alarm battery beeping when we arrived and they addressed it very quickly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!」

「Good location and very clean.Issues: window shade was poorly installed and fell on me every time I tried to adjust it.The bed was sub-par and there was no remote to the living room TV. Otherwise, the room was adequate.」

「We ended up staying only one night although we had booked 5 nights. The location and amenities were fine, but the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom down a rather steep flight of stairs, was something we hadn't expected and weren't comfortable with (bad knees). Also of note is that to get to the second bedroom, one has to walk through the first bedroom; and the upstairs could also be cooled only with a (very loud) standing air conditioner in the second bedroom. Luckily it was...
