Clarion Hotel The Hub

"Clean, modern hotel, very close to Oslo central train station. Twin bed room had good space for two people to move around comfortably. Bathroom was a little small. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since it’s in city center very easy to get around/ find places to eat and drink, etc. Can be a little noisy outside at night during peak times but nothing too disruptive. Didn’t partake in breakfast."
Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel

"Brilliant family holiday. Room well set up for families (and works for a family of 5 which most don’t!), comfortable beds, clean, plenty of towels, fridge, kettle, coffee, couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast had the biggest selection of items we’ve ever seen, kids were in their element with smarties, whipped Nutella & cake as options plus so much cheese, bread, cereal & cooked options. The carousel & slide in the lobby and breakfast room added to the fun. Staff were great and the location is obviously perfect for Liseberg park but also easy access to town and the universum. We’re planning to return to Gothenburg again just because of the hotel and park we enjoyed it so much."

"The hotel is very large with a mix of families and conference attendees. The pool was great and we used this daily in the morning and had it mostly to ourselves at 7am, Breakfast was delicious with a large array of food. We rented bikes which was easy to do fab for getting round the city. The only negative was that the tea and coffee was never restocked in our 5 day stay, and despite there being a kettle, I had to go to reception daily to ask for a mug and milk."

"Hotel in a central location - very close to the bus and train station. Absolutely amazing breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes. Everything that you could think of. Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go down to reception to get fresh towels and I was questioned did I leave the sign out for no cleaning. No I didn't! Might be an idea to change your sign to say your guests want the rooms cleaned and there wouldn't be any confusion."
