「Parking was not good. Too many large trucks and trailers parked in prime locations and over the lines of the very narrow spaces, preventing any car from getting into 'available' spaces. We had to park way in the back, which was a huge inconvenience, as we were in the front of the building. There really should be designated spaces at the back of the building for these vehicles. 「Great location-3 blocks from the main downtown area. Clean with great beds and a great pool. Breakfast was average. Our main issue was the little things. We had 3 rooms. The fridge needed to be unplugged in 2 due to rattling & knocking. The coffee pot could not be plugged in where it was located and the coffee is terrible. No decaf in the lobby at all. One lamp didn’t work. The outlets are frustrating to use. Their own lamps & accessories use flat wide plugs and there isn’t room to use...

「The breakfast bar was awful hardly anything on it couldn’t even find somebody to fill the coffee up. It was empty. The soap dish in the shower was scummy and black mold on it hasn’t been washed in forever. Beds are very uncomfortable and carpet was dirty.」

「Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent for hotel coffee and the location was very convenient. We had an in-room jacuzzi and it was immaculately clean. We go to Minocqua often, this was our first time staying at this hotel but we will likely stay here all the time now.」
