• Each unit is allowed 2 vehicles, no commercial vehicles. There is parking in front of the building. Additional parking next to the mailboxes in front of the playset.

• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request for $50 (includes linen/towel turnover and light cleaning)
• Mid-stay cleaning is mandatory every 2 weeks for stays over 14 days
• Rates include up to 4 guests; $15 per extra guest per night, up to max occupancy
