The place is a good sized 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed (and sofa bed in the living room), large bathroom and modern amenities, including a washer AND dryer! The bedroom is in a quiet section facing a courtyard, which was great for someone sensitive to noise. Easy access to metro, restaurants and specialty shops. We felt safe in the neighborhood.
