"Charming home - whether you are a Hobbit fan or not! The whimsical touches throughout the house, including a book nook, caught our attention immediately and we knew we’d make great vacation memories here. The house is well equipped for a comfortable stay with a fully stocked kitchen, AC in every room, large tv in family room, and comfy beds. A separate laundry hut and a ping pong were added bonuses.The location is unbeatable, right on the river and less than 1 mile from the Sequoia National Park entrance. Beyond Sequoia, the town of Three Rivers has great dining options, including Tony's Taverna, Sequoia Coffee and Kitchen, Three Rivers Brewing Co. and Pizza Factory. We also rented a pontoon boat on nearby Lake Kaweah."

"The location couldn't have been better to visit the Park, and the host was very engaging. She provided suggestions for how to make the best use of our time in the Forest and a list of restaurants in the area. The cottage was very spacious, clean, and provided standard amenities.I would highly recommend the Ash Mountain Suite."

"Nice place with a great location — easy access to Sequoia and a quiet spot up in the mountains. The house is roomy and comfortable, with good outdoor space and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. The hot tub was a nice bonus after long days out. Check-in was smooth and James was easy to communicate with. Would stay again."
