「Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. 「This house is located way up on the mountain. It has a beautiful view of the Whales tail. From the bedrooms and pool deck. Inside the house is very spacious. Plenty of room for two families. It was just me and my wife. Adri the caretaker is great and will help you out if you need anything. 「The house is as beautiful as in pictures, even bigger than expected. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not well equiped with not a lot of dishes/cooking tools. We had to use the dishwasher every day as we had too few dishes, not enough for 5 people. A lot of ant were established in one of the kitchen cabinet. The toaster was working only if you old your finger on it, toasting only one side of the bread! To summarize, a beautiful house with amazing outdoor pool/kitchen that lacks basic furnitures...
