The Space:
True to the colonial past of Savannah, the grand hall incorporates Victorian architecture while providing you with all of the modern amenities you want today.
Configured as a duplex, the downstairs unit provides you plenty of sleeping options and ample room for a group of six.
Enter the first level through the distinct yellow front doors and enjoy a flowing design from front to back. You will enter a long primary hallway on the first floor with beautiful original hardwood flooring. Directly inside, the primary bedroom features a king mattress with fresh linens and comfortable pillows. Large bay windows and a bedroom sofa provide the perfect seating area to relax, whether starting your day or unwinding at the end of the day.
Following the hall towards the back, you will pass the formal dining space with an original fireplace and dining table set for four. A cased opening with a bar top and stools provides additional seating that looks directly into the kitchen.
At the end of the hall is the first-floor galley kitchen featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, dishware, kitchen utensils, and small appliances.
Off the dining room, you can enjoy a lovely living space with new comfortable furniture and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. A washer and dryer are hidden in cabinetry below the TV for your use.
At the end of the living room are an ensuite and a bunkroom. In the ensuite, find a new full bed with crisp linens. Stylish décor, contemporary end tables, a desk and a tv provide a comfortable environment for a great night’s rest or getting some work done. The bunk room features a full and twin mattress, perfect for the kids or extra friends.
Both bathrooms have been updated with modern touches and custom tile work. They are both fully equipped with all the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is for your use. There is a small deck off of the back with plenty of seating to hang out in the evening or have a cup of joe with the sunrise! The hot tub and pool are also for your use! Please know that the unit upstairs has access to the upper deck so there is a possibility that a neighborly waive might come in handy :)

The Neighborhood:
Located on Hall St, you are just minutes from everything in Savannah.
Grab excellent Cuban food down the road at café Rancho Alegre Cuban just down the road. Swing around the corner to Crystal Beer Parlor for a drink or sit down for a delicious southern dish at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, an authentic mom-and-pop restaurant.
Are you looking for a great outdoor vibe with beautiful old-growth trees? Stop into Collins Quarter at Forsyth for brunch and enjoy the Savannah breeze through the trees.
Head to the City Market and River Walk and enjoy additional southern dining at The Lady and Sons. Grab a traditional dinner breakfast at Treylor Park. Get a little fancier with a delicious meal at St. Neo’s Brasserie, and don’t forget to check out their basement speakeasy-inspired bar.
A trip to Savannah is only complete with exploring a little of its historical colonial past. Fill your schedule by checking out the Telfair Academy, a beautiful art museum, or stroll through the Webb Military Museum. Relive the prohibition area by heading to the American Prohibition Museum. Not enough time to walk all the sights of Savannah? Take it all in at once while riding or biking. We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours. Check out the city’s skyline from the water by jumping on one of the Savannah Belle’s ferries, with multiple stops all along Savannah’s riverfront.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals (Savannah on Wheels just a block away!), and Uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the MLK & Gaston NB stop just a 1-minute walk from the house.

Other Things to Note:
There are guests in the unit above, so please be respectful of noise levels, especially from 10PM - 7AM. Know that the guests have full view of the backyard from the upper deck.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke in the property.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the studio with respect, as if it was your property.
