Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.

Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.

Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

STAY HERE!

I've stayed in a LOT of places in Savannah, and this was the best by far. Absolutely gorgeous property. Super clean, comfortable, and close to everything! We will absolutely be coming back.

Beautiful and Convenient

The rental was beautiful and in great location! Also, we loved a lot of the furnishings, so it was great to know we could buy some the things that were in the apartment.

It was even better than we expected. Beautiful, charming , historic and renovated. Ideal location, everything we needed was there! Functional, larger than we thought it was. Mattress super comfy!! There is no need to look anywhere else!!

Attractive & Comfortable

Great location with an easy walk to most shops & historic buildings. Attractive & comfortable unit. Kitchen area is quite functional. Only downside is parking & unloading/loading luggage but I guess that is a Savannah issue in general.

Was a little noisy from the street noise. The building itself is very quiet. I would recommend putting black out shades on windows too Beds were very very comfortable and the style and decor was very nice. I love the lofty feel too. Coffee maker was unique but made incredible coffee. I could live there. Feels like a home. The area is filled with restaurants and it’s within walking distance to everything!

Close to everything! Short walk to River Street! Watched the St. Patrick’s Day parade from our 3rd floor windows! The beds were so comfortable!

Great Location, Spacious - Busy Street

The apartment was great, had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen. It was in a great location on the main strip of Historic Downtown Savannah and was in walking distance to everything (bars, restaurants, shops, Factor's Walk, River front). Only downside is the apartment faces the main street and the weekend we were there it was very noisy due to the very boisterous bar crowds and cars cruising the strip until well after 3am. If you're trying to get a good nights' sleep - bring heavy duty ear plugs.
