    The Space:

Step back in time as you traverse the cobblestone alleyway known as "Factors Walk," leading you to the fabulous River Street condo complex on Bay Street. Originally bustling with activity during Savannah's cotton industry heyday, this alleyway now immerses you in the city's vibrant riverfront district.

Enter the condo through a hallway connecting the cozy bedrooms and bathroom to the spacious open-concept living area. Original brick walls and wooden beams blend seamlessly with modern touches, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, from pots and pans to small appliances, while the living room invites relaxation with its oversized sofa and antique decor overlooking a smart TV for entertainment.

Discover comfort in the two bedrooms, each featuring a queen mattress with fresh linens. The primary bedroom boasts direct access to the single bathroom, equipped with essential amenities like towels, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

For remote work, ample tabletop space and high-speed WiFi ensure a seamless experience. Experience the charm of historic Savannah while enjoying modern comforts at this unique retreat.

    Guest Access:

This unit has an awesome little balcony overlooking River Street, so there is always the potential for noise given the restaurant/bar scene nearby. There is a bar next door that is new and may be louder late at night(particularly Thursday-Saturday night) - of course we provide white noise machines and earplugs just in case!

The entire condo is set up for your use! You may enjoy the balcony and River views - we suggest coupling that with a morning coffee or evening pre-game cocktail :)

    The Neighborhood:

Nestled on Bay Street, you'll find yourself immersed in the quintessential southern charm that Savannah is renowned for while enjoying the beautiful sites of the Savannah River. As you wander amidst the brick storefronts, explore the vibrant tapestry of small businesses and eateries lining Broughton Street and others just minutes away.

Indulge your palate at local favorites such as The Coffee Fox, Kayak Kafe, The Funky Brunch Café, or Maple Street Biscuity Company. Each offers a delightful array of breakfast delights and artisanal coffees.

For a culinary adventure, venture to Chive Sea Bar and Lounge, where Asian and Southern flavors collide in a 1920s art deco ambiance. Craving seafood? Savannah Seafood Shack awaits with southern classics, while Bella Napoli Italian Bistro tantalizes with authentic Italian fare. Savor wood-fired pizzas at 45 Bistro for an unforgettable dining experience.

Quench your thirst at Savannah Taphouse, an upscale sports bar, or step back in time at Totally Awesome Bar, complete with pool tables and retro vibes. For a truly unique experience, immerse yourself in Abe's on Lincoln, where quirky décor and an eclectic atmosphere await.

Delve into Savannah's rich history with visits to landmarks like the Telfair Academy, Webb Military Museum, and American Prohibition Museum. Experience the city's maritime heritage at Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum.

Short on time? Opt for a guided tour with Old Town Trolley Tours or Savannah Bike Tours. Take in the city's skyline from the water aboard Savannah Belle's ferries, offering multiple stops along the riverfront. From culinary delights to cultural experiences, your Savannah adventure begins right here.

    Getting Around:

Are you driving into town? The condo provides one free parking space in the designated parking area, and additional parking can be found on the side streets. Be mindful of signs as parking does rotate for street cleaning.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Lincoln and Congress stop just a 3-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Want more options? Download the city’s local version of Uber called “The Downtowner.” Simply download the app, and they will pick you up for free!

    Other Things to Note:

This unit is off of what is considered Factors Walk, a historic alley/lane that cuts through Bay Street and River Street where the old factors used to work, sell/trade goods back in the day! It is made of River Rock/Cobble Stone, and can be tricky. PLEASE use caution when walking on the historic road and we recommend ladies Save their heels for another day :)
