The property worked great for my family to gather for a family weekend! We had 11 people in our group. The house was very clean and nicely updated. There was plenty of parking on the propery for the 6 vehicles we needed parking places for.The pool was a hit with the whole family. The tennis court was a fun spot for the group to see if they want to pursue playing tennis. The pool and pool area are well maintained. Pool was extremely clean and very clear. Melissa even provides pool towels for her guests!The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking utensils like spatulas, large spoons for cooking etc. Stainless steel pots, pans and skillets, mixing bowls and cookie sheets. The cabinets doors and drawers have labels to help you find things. What a great idea to help you from having to open every door to find a coffee cup, a bowl, silverware etc. We enjoyed the Cabana Room. Nice area with a large table and chairs for playing table games, eating, as well as a grouping of chairs to just hangout and visit! Decor is fun creating a very relaxed atmosphere.We used the grill a couple of evenings. The backyard had enough tables and chairs for us to be able to eat "in the outside" one evening, a couple mornings we took our breakfast outside as well. Very pleasant and private back yard. Melissa was very cordial to work with. One of the best hosts I had worked with when renting vacation rentals.We had a wonderful. Joyce
