LIMITATIONS:

All Guests can use the shared parking spaces in the backyard and on the side of the unit. 1 parking spot per unit only. If you have more car, please contact us ahead of time.

It's one unit of a duplex and the backyard is shared with guests next door.

Please do not touch the ADT Panel.

No cable and streaming devices or account available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.

For longer than a week stay, we only provide your initial consumables such as shampoo, soap etc. We will not re-stock the items once consumed.

Due to allergy concerns, we do not provide salt, pepper, coffee and creamer. Guest must bring their own.

Guests should bring their own charcoal for grill

House is at the dead end of the road and no street light. There are lights to both the front porch and back yard. If you plan on getting back after sunset feel free to leave the lights on before you leave.
