The Saundy House estate was built in 1932 and carries the grace of its era while offering modern comforts across the main house and two guest cottages. Inside, the living spaces are warm and expansive, designed to highlight sweeping water views. A light-filled living room opens toward the bay, while a screened porch provides a sheltered place for dining by the water. The kitchen and formal dining room invite shared meals, and wood accents throughout echo the home’s New England heritage.
With group travel in mind, the main house includes four bedrooms, two full baths, and two half baths. Two additional cottages, each ocean-facing with full baths, extend the accommodations while giving guests privacy within the property. Together, the estate offers space for larger gatherings while maintaining a sense of intimacy.
Outdoors, the grounds stretch across two acres of manicured lawns with Adirondack chairs arranged for sunset views. A private dock with three moorings offers direct bay access, while the small beach provides a natural entry to the water. The estate’s open lawns and waterfront setting showcase Saunderstown’s coastal beauty in a way that feels both timeless and expansive.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the main home, 2 guest cottages, private dock, outdoor living areas, and 2 acre grounds of the estate.

Getting Around:
Saunderstown offers the rare balance of privacy and accessibility. From the estate, Wickford Village is only minutes away, and the beaches of Narragansett and Newport can be reached by car in under twenty minutes. Providence is a straightforward drive for dining, culture, and airport connections. While a car is recommended to fully experience the area, scenic drives along the bay and through historic towns make travel part of the enjoyment.

Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. A $200 non-refundable pet fee and $50 additional cleaning fee apply.
We provide dedicated driveway parking for 4+ vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted, as that area is owned by the Town and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the driveway.
