    Additional Information
    This home is located on rural acreage with neighboring homes and additional short-term rentals nearby. Each property has its own driveway and ample private outdoor space. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and remain within the areas designated for this rental.

    Snowmobilers and guests traveling with trailers are welcome. Please inquire prior to booking regarding overflow parking needs.

Excellent stay!

So comfortable! The hot tub was great after our chilly day exploring the UP. And the little details were appreciated, like the books and animal figurines in the bunk room. Very nice!

Fantastic Getaway

Incredible nature views, sauna, hot tub, cozy bed, big kitchen, and a grand living room with a fireplace plus so much more. This rental was such a spectacular getaway. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay in Soo

We stayed as a family of 7 adults, a 2 year old and a 1 year old. There was plenty of space and it was the most well stocked VRBO I have stayed in. There were plenty of games and activities to keep everyone happy including the awesome sauna and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and the home was nice and clean.

Absolutely perfect for our visit to LSSU!

The property was perfect for us and our adult children as we gathered to celebrate our son’s graduation from LSSU. The home was spotless, very welcoming and perfectly stocked with everything that we needed to make our long weekend stay comfortable. Tammy was very communicative and kind! Golf trip

A dozen of us fell upon the Sault for our annual golf trip. The house was perfect for us. Space is abundant, the yard is wonderful for outdoor games and socializing, the hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Should the trip take us back to the area, we will definitely use this place again.

Excellent rental

This is a wonderful rental. It has a large, extremely well stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy. The rest of the house was just as nice. Beautiful log home

My husband and I along with our 3 daughters and their families has a very night 3 nights stay at your home. The home is very clean and a nice layout for a big group like us. The little ones really enjoyed the play set in the back yard. We cooked meals and everything we needed was there. It’s in a great location but on a nice private area. The house was equipped with every last thing anyone would need. We would definitely recommend it!

It’s hockey season!

Brought the family up to watch OHL games. The property is close to town but far enough away to be on our own. It was immaculate inside the home. Bears a plenty as decor which was really cool. We even saw a porcupine… We will be back for sure.

UP Perfection

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property—-it was cozy and roomy enough for 10 of us and was located centrally for lots of day trips. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep easy and enjoyable and the many little extras (night lights, so many towels!, layered bedding, fire pit and playground) made for an awesome family vacay. The communication with Tammy was easy and she was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect

We were coming up to the UP for a family memorial. I wanted us to be able to be together to support each other or have room to be alone. David and Tammy's home was perfect. The lay out is spacious. They have provided a lot of indoor fun activities as well as outdoor room to roam. I would absolutely consider coming back! Thank you Tammy and David for your quick communication, but more importantly for the use of your lovely home.

Great Spaces--Lots of Stairs--Beautiful Home!

Enjoyable! So great for a large group! From the description we thought there was a bedroom on the main floor, but 2 bedrooms were in the basement, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Our handicapped friend was able to sleep on the sofa, but there was only a powder room on the main floor. We loved the kitchan and great room!! The master bathroom was super! Bedrooms could use a chair.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Tammy responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was clean and well stocked with anything that we needed. We brought all of our own food. We used the hot tub, sauna, outdoor games and every one of the bedrooms. There was enough hot water and towels for all of us. We had absolutely no complaints. Everything was excellent. We will stay there again with out a second thought.

Week w/Family!

Hottub and Sauna were wonderful. Kitchen was very stocked, which was very appreciated!! Could use some love given to the basement bedrooms in the way of some dressers, updates/repair the ceiling, and some difficult auto lights situations...and it is very chilly down there. Worked out fine for us because of all the extra blankets available!! Lots of towels and laundry facilities on both floors!! The backyard was alot of fun with a great swingset, pond, and fire area!! Would definetly rent again! Owners were easy to reach, friendly, and responsive!! Thanks for a great time!!!

Fabulous for Families

Tammy & David’s home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The online photo’s accurately depict the home and amenities. It is conveniently located for quick access to shopping, the University and The Locks. While the home is child friendly(outdoor playground, sleep & play, ping pong, basketball etc) it isn’t child proofed (as Tammy & David indicate on their listing) so if you are traveling with small children you may need to bring a few things (eg. high chair). We positioned a bench across the stairs to the lower area to ensure our toddler was safe. The home provided everything we needed for our stay, we just had to add food and beverages. Both Tammy & David responded quickly to our calls and emails. We would definitely return to this home should we have reason to be in Sault Ste Marie again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with our family.
