Nestled within the charming Kingfisher Cove community of 29 cedar log cabins, Kingfisher Cove Gecko Getaway offers the perfect blend of rustic comfort and modern convenience. Surrounded by the wooded shores of Goshorn Lake, this cozy retreat delivers that true “up north” feeling while being conveniently located just minutes from downtown Saugatuck. This cottage is also directly across from the heated association pool and connects to a boardwalk leading to 'no 'wake' Goshorn Lake - perfect for the kayaks and paddleboards provided.

The thoughtfully designed floor plan features three bedrooms, two full baths, and warm wood interiors throughout. The great room centers around a soaring stone fireplace, while a lofted sitting area doubles as an extra space for relaxation. Two main floor bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping options with a combination of twin and bunk beds and a shared full bath and the primary bedroom with a queen bed is tucked away on the upper level with an ensuite bath. A fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area with wooded views, and a large screened-in porch offers space to gather—complete with a full-size hot tub. Step out to the private firepit for evening s'mores or relax on the front porch overlooking the community pool.

Downtown Saugatuck is just 2.5 miles away and features a charming blend of small-town warmth and vibrant energy. Stroll the tree-lined streets and discover a variety of unique shops, from art galleries and boutiques to home décor and specialty stores. Food lovers will find plenty to savor—whether it's craft coffee and pastries, waterfront dining, or a lively brewery or wine bar.

Art is at the heart of Saugatuck, with galleries, studios, and the renowned Saugatuck Center for the Arts offering exhibits, performances, and events throughout the year. The waterfront boardwalk is perfect for a scenic walk along the Kalamazoo River, and you can even hop on the historic chain ferry to cross over to Mount Baldhead Park for a hike up the iconic dune steps. Oval Beach is just over 5 miles from the cottage and features award winning sandy beaches.

From live music and theater to farmers' markets, boat rentals, and ice cream shops, downtown Saugatuck offers something for everyone.

PARKING
There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the street or on grass is strictly not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of cleaning and paper products as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let a BVW escape artist help with your reservation today.
