The property was our weekend home for 6 families. We get together each year to celebrate Christmas. We were so happy to see the Christmas tree still up. The teens enjoyed having all the indoor activities. An indoor pool, pool tables, golfing area, shuffle board and loads of games. The outdoor grill was perfect for grilling and there was emough space for us all in the dining room. The property is huge. Everyone had their own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was a great weekend.

Beautiful large estate with many option to keep little ones busy! Plenty of bedrooms that weren’t stacked next to each other but spread out in such a way that each family could have their own area to repose. From the very large indoor pool, fishing in the large pond to foosball and pool tables, the family had many memories made. Thank y’all for sharing your multi generational home!

Family Celebration of Life

Our extended family of six siblings stayed together in celebration of the life of our parents, who have both passed away. It was a wonderful time having each of our families stay together under one roof. James was the most helpful, communicative, and kind host. The property had something to do for everyone. We loved our time eating together on the long family dinner table and rocking out on the front porch, laughing and reminiscing. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. This was the 2nd year our group gathered at Jay's place. Our experience was even better than the first year. The place has everything you could want for a getaway but Jay added a few new amenities. Amazing Family Time at Double Acres

We discovered this gem of a property online and we are so glad we did. The property is very clean with tons of amenities for those looking to host a family event or large gathering. The number of bedrooms and baths made it easy to accommodate our multigenerational family during our most recent vacation. All the appliances worked great and it also had an outdoor grill. The best part about this property is the serene location, the pond, the rocking chairs on the porch and the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. It is indeed a mini resort! It is also located very close to Biloxi for those who want to venture off-sight. Me and my family had a wonderful time bonding here and hope to return soon. The host (Jay) was extremely gracious and was very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. I highly recommend anyone looking to spend quality time with family and friends, to check it out.

Great fit for our large family vacation!

Our family spent Christmas here with 22 guests ranging from 5 years old to 81 years old. Plenty of room for us all. Plenty to do to keep us busy. Kids especially loved the pool. Very good communication with the host. We even received a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus! Great stay!
