  • Located in St Jacques, Sarzeau, just 600 m from the beach via a footpath, this modern 60 m² cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 moderately sized bedrooms, including one mezzanine under the eaves, 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private barbecue for outdoor cooking. Families with children will appreciate the provided baby cot and high chair.



    Relax on the covered terrace, perfect for unwinding or dining outdoors with the barbecue area and private garden.



    Two shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience.



    Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra fee. Cleaning is your responsibility. Cleaning products, tea towels, and kitchen condiments are supplied. Please note, events are not allowed on the property. Pets are not permitted.

New accommodation, very well equipped in a great location

Pros: Well equipped kitchen, huge terrace doors letting the "outside in" area, good bathroom, shed for bikes and outdoor shower! Cons: We were lucky as the weather was good so we were outside most of the time, however if it had rained the "lounge area" is not big enough for even 2 people. It's a shame as we loved the house but I would hesitate booking again because of this reason and would absolutely not reserve it for more than 3 adults.
