★市街地から近くて良かった。 ★スタッフの方々が優しかった。 ★お部屋は清潔感があり、朝食もおいしかった。 ⭐シャワーが外れなかったため、大変だった。 ⭐サルラの駅でタクシーがつかまらず、 大変な思いをしたため、到着、帰りなど、送迎サービスをつけてほしい。

このホテルは３つ星相応の料金であるため、施設及び部屋の設備はきれいで整っていた。尚、サルラ駅から１キロほど離れているが、旧市街近くに立っており、便利だった。さらに、このホテルは朝食付きで、あらゆる食材がふんだんに並べてあった。特にフルーツの種類が多いのには感激した。

It was our first time visiting the area. The room was spacious & clean. The only problem was our GPS couldn't find the address, we called the front desk and was easily dircted to the correct one.

Outstanding hotel with beautiful pool
We arrived late evening. We managed to get parked directly opposite the hotel which was great for unloading our things. Receptionist very plesant & helpful at check in. The bedrooms and interior are a little dated but room was still clean. Fridge in the room which have been a nice touch but we managed. Hotel is in a beautiful location. Close walking distance to the town centre. Outdoor pool is stunning and very peaceful. We checked out and asked if we could sit at the pool and enjoy the glorious weather as we checked in after 5pm. This was no trouble and they gave us towels. We ended up sitting for a few hours and had the villa to ourselves which was brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay here and didnt want to leave. It's been the best hotel stay in our 2 week trip. We will definitely be back in the future. Sarat le Canada is such a pretty town. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one!

Hôtel vétuste, en dehors de la gérante qui fut aimable le personnel ne l’est pas. Refus de réserver une table de restaurant alors que je n’avais pas de réseau téléphonique depuis ma chambre! Le wifi est pauvre pour ne pas dire inexistant, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, la clim a plus de 20 ans, les serviettes de Sdb sont rêches et l’hygiène en salle de petit déjeuner laissait vraiment à désirer. Il n’y a que la piscine qui soit bien. 170€ la nuit dans une chambre « supérieure » sans compter les 2 petits déjeuner, soir 195€ pour ça ? Franchement, ça ne les vaut pas.

Hôtel "vieillissant"
La réceptionniste étant occupée à la piscine, nous avons attendu 15 minutes avant qu'elle n'arrive...Elle était seule pour tout faire dans cet hôtel trois étoiles. La chambre est convenable. Là piscine et ses abords ne sont pas propres. Un endroit à moitié dissimulé sert d'atelier de bricolage, la mosaïque est très abîmée, le revêtement intérieur est souligné d'une bande de saleté jaunâtre. L'hôtel nécessite quelques travaux de réfection. Lors du check - out, nous en avons fait part à la personne désagréable qui semblait très étonnée.

A must stay hotel
It is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and close to everything. Breakfast was great and the kids loved the pool. I would stay here again.

Séjour en couples avec des amies …. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec Clim … et surprise 1 ventilateur par chambre ! Après en avoir parlé à la pseudo patronne elle n’a rien fait pour proposer une solution en nous disant que c’était de la faute à hôtel.com …. Heureusement que son employé nous a offert les petits déjeuners ( sa patronne lui a même reproché son geste commercial devant nous qu’elle bonne mentalité ? ) . Se seras notre premier et dernier séjour ici , la mauvaise foi et le manque de considération du client est bien la priorité de la responsable … dommage pour elle un gros carton rouge !

Cadre et emplacement magnifique accueil à l'arrivée parfait, petit déjeuner très bon Le matin 2 fois de suite entre 8h et 8h30 une femme de ménage est rentrée dans ma chambre pour la faire, et à râler en voyant que j'étais encore là. Au départ personne à l'accueil pour le signaler, Il restait un mégo sur le bon de la fenêtre

Wasn’t a good fit for us
The staff was very accommodating and the room very clean. I didn’t find the bed or bedding very comfortable. The AC didn’t work so the only means of cooling off were the large windows next to the lobby entrance (no privacy). If you close the blinds for privacy then you didn’t have a means of cooling off. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t able to keep food or drink cold so we had to throw out a lot. The neighborhood felt safe. There was a beautiful pool though it was too cold to use on Aug 1st. Would not likely stay there again.

Hotel bien situé proche de l’hypercentre! Pas de parking dans l’hôtel et difficile de trouver de la place dans le quartier! Parties communes de l’hôtel très bien mais la chambre en duplex nécessiterait un sérieux rafraîchissement, le carrelage vert de la salle de bains est désuet, impossible de se tenir debout sous la douche, décoration de la chambre vraiment spartiate, moquette tachée!

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits. Hôtel super ! joli, propre, logée dans le bâtiment "la villa", très bien, hormis les escaliers où il devrait être mis des tapis sur les marches pour insonoriser le pas ! la structure de l'escalier fait beaucoup de bruit ! chambre nickel, fonctionnelle, hygiène irréprochable ! belle piscine et très jolis extérieurs. Petit déjeuner très bien. Ils demandent un créneau pour l'heure du petit déjeuner. Documentation bien fournie sur les environs à visiter. QR Code à scanner pour être rappelé en cas de contimation covid Personnel parfait, rien à redire !

A port in a storm
This was an emergency stay and booked at very short notice. I didn’t arrive until late in the evening. The staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
