Discover your private oasis just minutes from the heart of town in this single family 3 bed/ 2 bath, 1600ft² home. This Saratoga Stay by Green Springs offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, nestled on a spacious lot on the edge of Saratoga Springs. Enjoy the serenity of nature in your expansive privately fenced yard, ideal for play, or simply unwinding under the shade of beautiful trees. Inside, you'll find a cozy layout with plenty of natural light and spaces to work, study, relax or play. This home is designed for comfort and connection and with local amenities nearby and the peace of nature at your doorstep. Experience peaceful living with the vibrancy of town just a stone’s throw away!
LAYOUT:
From the driveway through the front door finds you in the living room entry way to drop off coats and shoes then a quick right into the full kitchen looking out through sliding doors to the welcome balcony perfect for seamless indoor/outdoor enjoyment. All three bedrooms are situated on first floor conveniently along with the laundry room and two full baths. The King Master Ensuite boasts vaulted ceilings, a large soaking tub and private deck access perfect for quiet mornings surrounded by the peace of nature. A bonus second floor loft space provides a terrific area with work, study and play space for bigs and littles alike.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
Enjoy meal time memories with friends and family in the generously equipped kitchen complete with all major appliances, dining/cooking/bakeware and a butcher block style dining table with seating for six.

Tucked away on the far side of the house, the King Master Ensuite stars a vaulted ceiling, skylight, ceiling fan, Smart TV, clothes storage, double sinks, large soaking tub and a full size stand up shower.
LAUNDRY:
The first floor laundry room is equipped with full size washer/dryer appliances, ironing board, iron, cleaning supplies and plentiful storage.
RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access in the living room, master and queen bedrooms and loft. The spacious 2nd floor loft bonus area includes terrific desk spaces for bigs and littles, an inviting couch and a variety of family fun entertainment options.
OUTDOORS:
Fully fenced inviting large back yard space with decking, seating, beautiful shade tree and a charming viney arbor emanating all the timeless feels.
Guest Access:
The home has its own private secure entry. The entire home and yard is yours and in no way accessible to any other property occupants. There is also a separate occupied Carriage House structure on this property with entirely separate driveway, parking, yard space-- there are no shared spaces or access between structures/ occupants.
