Beautiful newly remodeled rustic chic home. Amazing location and walking distance to hot springs and all restaurants and shopping. 2 private bedrooms and one room perfect for kids with queen bunk bed that pulls out a 3rd bed. 2 amazing bathrooms. Perfect for the snowmobilers, fisherman and hunters that want a nicer private home. Plenty of parking in front and back for toys. Amazing kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Large walk in shower and large yard for grilling and playing corn hole.

Adorable cottage with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit. We were very comfortable and had a very relaxing quiet few days. Loved the little town of Saratoga. Don’t miss the Hot Springs! Great choices of restaurants and very friendly people.

Great Place!

This is one of the best places we’ve found to stay in Saratoga. The house was very nice and clean. The yard is large and it was great for our dog since it was fully fenced. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Highly recommend this property! Photos are accurate and the home is actually better than photos in person. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens The location is an easy walk to best restaurants and bars as well as river access and hot springs.

Comfortable place to stay

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in after a day of snowmobiling. There is great trailer parking available off to the side of a quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils.

Very nice property

We had a very nice time on our trip to Saratoga. This property is in a great location for walking to restaurants and the Hot springs. The house is updated and clean with all of the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Very nice kitchen, outdoor fire pit, fenced in yard if you have dogs. We would definately stay here again if we visit again.

Quiet Location & Great Outdoor Space

This property's tranquil atmosphere, tasteful decor, and expansive outdoor space exceeded our expectations. The host's exceptional communication skills ensured an stress-free stay. Accommodating 2 couples and 2 dogs with ease, the house boasted a fully stocked kitchen and essential household supplies. Its convenient location allowed for leisurely strolls into town, where we encountered warm hospitality, savored excellent cuisine, and discovered unique shops. Moreover, its close proximity to outstanding snowshoe trails was a major bonus. We would highly recommend rebooking this property.

Exceptional accommodations!

There were five of us in our group. This is a pretty property with plenty of space to relax. House has a great layout and nice amenities/furnishings. It seemed recently renovated. Great location in Saratoga, and easy walk to Hobo Pool and nearby restaurants and shops. Saw plenty of deer and a moose within the city limits, so that was a lot of fun.

Just beautiful

This home has everything you could ever need or want in a home!! Fire pit wonderful on a cool beautiful night. Kitchen is so equipped with amenities. Bedrooms are spacious & beds are so comfy. Living room feels like you are in your own home. Washer & dryer if you need it. Jon is very thoughtful & responds to you quickly if you need him. Walking distance to the hot springs & restaurants. We will definitely be back!! It’s a home that you will never forget & will be telling your friends about it if they vacation in Saratoga. Thank you again for your hospitality 😊😉

Sept/Oct 2023 stay

Very impressively equipped kitchen, supplies and condiments. Comfortable beds. Clean, front porch and yard enjoyable. Accommodating host. Neighborhood was a bit industrial. Here are some recommendations about decor that was off putting - recommend you just go with clean surfaces: 1) Eliminate unnecessary excess! Not every surface needs to have something on it. Simple is better. Too much is too much. 2) the gold-sprayed moose antler on a fuzzy mat in the middle of a fantastic freestanding work surface in the kitchen. Ew. The work surface is great-more appealing and useful if nothing on it. Nice kitchen! 3) fake sunflowers in living room; glittery fake pumpkin - at each each end of the sculpture table behind the couch. Detracts from and cheapens everything nice about the place. 4) trays of ‘stuff’ on other tables/hearth - circular orbs in front of fireplace prevent one from standing in front of fireplace, if it were on. Tray of smaller orbs on small table set back from fireplace take up flat surface space. That cleared small table would work better in front of couch with some coasters - a place to set tea/coffee, book, laptop, etc.Unnecessary fake sunflower. 5) Artificial wreaths: unnecessary. On the front windows outside, over the bench nook in liv room, over the the upper bunk bed. Again simple/clean look is better. 6) too many pillows on the bench - remove antlered dog in same area. Too much decor - not needed and doesn't add to the appearance of the place.

Great place! House was clean and had lots of extras such as lots of kitchen appliances, espresso machine, and other cooking essentials. Also lots of other essentials such as towels/robes for hot springs visit and bathroom essentials which made the stay all worry-free! The bunk bed room was great, my kids loved it and the stuffies that were in there. Big back yard that our dogs enjoyed and great to spend family time with a fire pit and outdoor games, my kids also enjoyed the swing out front! Definitely recommend!
