This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. It was awesome. We were allowed to check in a few hours early… the place was nice and clean.. And just steps away from the beach which was awesome! The beach was so beautiful and not crowded at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing short of amazing

Communication with owner is top notch! Condo is beautiful, sparkling clean, gorgeous views, easy access to so many cities. Beach is amazing…tons of chairs, beach toys, space(even on a “busy” Saturday). You absolutely can’t go wrong renting this condo!

Beautiful sunsets

The condo is tastefully decorated but the most beautiful thing is the view. We saw gorgeous sunsets. We were looking for a place to just walk right out to the beach and this was it.

Tranquil Beauty

The location and view are perfect for those looking for a peaceful, gorgeous spot in which to get away, relax, and refresh. Plenty of nice people to talk to, but also plenty of room to spread out and read or nap in solitude. Longboat Key is a remarkable destination for Gulf of Mexico access and scenery.

Beautifully located and so convenient
