Welcome to one of the cutest and most relaxing private property. Located just 15 minutes away from Siesta Beach and 10 minutes away from Downtown. Entirely Remodeled house with Large Heated and Lighted Swimming Pool and completely Private Yard in very quiet and safe neighbourhood of Sarasota. Only a block away from largest Bike Trail in Sarasota - Legacy Trail. All restaurants, clubs, shopping is only minutes away!
Open , Modern floor plan with Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room. Entire house was done and decorated by designer for Comfort and Relaxation. Large table in Dining Room sits 6-8 people. Big space in the Living Room and very comfortable sectional , 70" Smart TV , high speed internet. Huge Lanai with smart TV, dining table for 8 people, Lounge chairs by pool area and Grill. For your use we provide 4 adult Bikes, toddler bikes, baby Trailer/Carriage, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Towels, beach toys and floating toys.
Sarasota offers: Theaters, Comedy Clubs, Restaurants, Shopping, Museum, Botanic Garden, Children Zoo, Beautiful Parks and Bike Trails, Kayaking, Boating, Saturdays Farmers Market in Downtown, Art Shows, and more.

House is great! Loved the pool area with tv, we ate outside every night. Quiet neighborhood near the Legacy Trail which we used frequently. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is newly renovated, has plenty of amenities and generous supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was a blast. Basia was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues rather quickly.

Pool was wonderful, rest a bit lacking

The house could use some tlc, and there are some things that would need to change for a better review from myself and my family.First off the pool was wonderful and the house is in a convenient location, and the backyard lanai is an actual oasis.Unfortunately for us, the house and the management were lacking.First off, one of the 3 patio sliding doors does not lock, and only a small wooden stick holds it closed at night, I did not appreciate the lack of a feeling of safety, for my family, which includes a small child.Secondly, the air conditioner was as programmed to be set to 79 degrees during our stay, so we came home to a very small hot house after a sweltering day at the beach, and because it is Florida, had to wait hours for it to cool down. The house has a nest thermostat, so why isn’t it being used correctly?Lastly, other than small issues like light bulbs being burnt out, some light fixtures not fully secured into the ceiling, and towel holders falling out of the wall, the house has a few slip hazards, with the rug under the dining room table, and one rug going outside from the dining room. Myself and other family members slipped as we stepped onto it, and were lucky not to fall. Overall we had a good stay, but I do believe some things could be done better, and taken care of better at this home.

Sarasota Single Family Home

Overall we had a nice stay at this property with our family of 4. Home is as advertised, clean, plenty of space, good amenities, and close to shopping and restaurants. The beach is about 20 min drive so plan to have a rental car but it’s mostly because of traffic not distance.

Everyone enjoyed the beautiful home and outdoor living space. We appreciated the thoughtful planning that anticipated all of our needs during our stay. The outdoor pool and dining area was so lovely. The neighborhood is quiet with the added bonus of the Legacy Trail only two blocks away.

Friends Vacation

The house was great for our group. It had everything we needed as far as dishes, coffee, and small appliances. We used the bikes to check out the Legacy Trail one morning. We loaded the cooler, beach chairs, and umbrellas to take to the beach that were available for us to use. The pool was a great temperature and very refreshing as well as relaxing. We spend mornings and evenings at the poolside patio watching TV and visiting. The host responded quickly when we had a question or an issue. The only thing we had a hard time with is figuring out the lights on the patio. The house was on average 20 minutes away from Siesta Key beach, downtown Sarasota and Lido Key Beach.

Fantastic property with excellent facilities and attention to detail. The property is full stocked from bedding, utensils to any type of household products you might need. We really enjoyed our stay as it was close to the beach’s and shops and best of all walking/biking trail. The real problem were the showers with water going all over the floor. The drain was clogged and my husband cleaned it out. We feel there should be a lip on floor that contains the water to shower area.Overall it was very comfortable.

Immaculate and beautiful!

This house is wonderful! Totally immaculate, beautifully decorated and everything the description says it is - quiet, private, beachy and bright. It’s really a gem and such a great place to come home to after a long day adventuring. The pool and outdoor patio/dining area are really great! Host is quick to respond. Luxurious Sarasota Oasis: Stunning Home with Private Pool

Beautiful, clean home in close proximity to restaurants and a quick drive to Siesta Key. The pool area was beautiful and there were plenty of beach items including towels, chairs, sand toys and wagon. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out.
