Great stay for my wife and me. Location is 5 minute walk from beach and ten minutes from St Armand. House would easily fit additional couple or family as long as a single bathroom is not an issue. House does have some specific rules you should be aware of including a/c no lower than 72. Would book again.

Everything was lovely! Comfortable, clean, safe. Kitchen scissors and Britta filter were awesome! Great array of beach things, washer dryer also fabulous! The WiFi was spotty and on low data a bit. Could have drank more coffee and the toilet paper holder could use a cap on the end; we hit it off the roller every time. Those are small things, really it’s a fabulous place and we will recommend it and will stay again! Thank you for everything!

The location of this property is excellent! It is walking distance to the beach. The beach is beautiful! It was also very close to Armand Circle where you can find many shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was excellent! They were very attentive and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The home is comfortable for a small family. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely like to return in the future.

A PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. We loved waking up and walking to the beach to watch the sunrise. The house was only a short drive from St. Armond’s Square where we found great restaurants and plenty of shops to browse. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach was just a few blocks away, clean, and never crowded. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and other thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return — this beach house truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape!

Summer Vacation

We have stayed in the cottage several times and we have always enjoyed our stay. The place is located in a perfect area because it is walking distance of the circle along with the beach. The owners were easy to communicate and welcomed us back each time. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Great place to stay. Host communicated well. Plenty of space, walk to beach and St. Armands Circle or jump on free shuttle. Nice and quiet. Appreciated the makeup remover wipes since I forgot mine. Close proximity to Van Wezel. Would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Great Getaway

The 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Easy walking distance to St. Armand Circle. Appreciated the array of beach chairs, coolers,etc.The wifi and TV were good as well. Would definitely consider renting again. Thanks Luda.

Wonderful place to stay on Lido Key

The villa was extremely clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, and a great location. One block to Lido Beach, and about five blocks to St Armands. In a quiet neighborhood. Hopefully will have the chance to stay again. The owner was very resposive to questions.

Excellent property!

The location of this property is perfect- close to the beach, St Armands Circle and Sarasota. I exercise at Orange Theory and there is a studio about 7minute drive away. My husband loves pickleball and there are courts about 10-15 minutes away.The property is clean and well kept.We had a great stay!
