Soccer Stay

We traveled for a soccer showcase and this property was perfect for us. Close to the airport and to the soccer fields. The property was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in this area.

Nice house with a great location

We enjoyed Christmas break in Sarasota and liked the location for quick access to Legacy Trail and Pinecraft. We also appreciated the available coffee, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. Plenty of towels were provided for us so we didn't need to do laundry every day. We had a great stay!

Rental is centrally located & a short convenient drive to almost any local venue or restaurant. The inside was clean & organized. The outside entry could have been more welcoming if it had been cleaned up better. Communication with the hosts was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this home tremendously. It was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Accommodations matched the pictures. We would stay here again. You can reach Main Street by walking in about 30 minutes. One can catch the 77 Siesta Islander trolley at several stops on Main Street over to Siesta Key. Also, you can catch the Bay Runner trolley to Lido Beach. Legacy Trail is close, also. Arlington Park is close by. Location worked very well for us.

Sparkling clean

This house was the cleanest place we have ever stayed on vacation. Because of the layout, my husband and I had privacy on our side of the house and my sister had privacy in the guest room on the other side of the house. We enjoyed the free streaming and TV options on Peacock. From this location we drove to beaches on Siesta Key and Anna Marie Island.

Cute and clean in good location

This cute little house did its job while we were in Sarasota. It was clean, the hostess was very communicative and overall it felt very homey.They do have chairs and umbrellas and a cooler to take to the beach, however the chairs and the umbrellas that you put into the sand need a bit of an upgrade. The chairs were a little beat up and I was hoping they would be more beach like chairs to lay on, and the umbrella did not hold in the sand. Overall it was a nice place to stay if you are going to be touring or being outside most of the time. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

All you need for a great, smooth vacation is in this house. Starting from the great location, to the house being well equipped (kitchen items, washer/dryer, beach gear), clean and nicely decorated. Wedding Week Stay

Wonderful stay in a spacious three bedroom, extremely clean home, and a quiet dead-end street. Well stocked Kitchen (cooking items, coffees, teas, spices, etc ~ plenty to get you started if you want to cook for yourself). Very comfortable beds; beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc to take to the beach! Great hosts who responded quickly when I had just a few questions☺️ conveniently located just a 15 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches (Siesta key & Lido Beach), St Armand’s Key for wonderful shopping and restaurants & University Town Center for mall shopping, restaurants, etc. Just a great central location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hosts and property!

5 stars isn't enough! Everything was as described, the house was clean, the temperature was set to a very cool 75 which was very much appreciated in the heat we experience here in Florida in August. We did make a few meals while we were here and everything we needed was readily available. We did not utilize the gas grill, but it's there if you need it. The backyard is very tranquil and relaxing, the patio area is very nice as well. Located not far from Lido Beach, it was an easy drive to get there. Lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes. It was very quiet and peaceful, I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the Sarasota area.
