While a little challenging to drive to the hotel when coming up from the 'back side' of Sarande, it was well worth it. The hotel is lovely: large, comfortable rooms; fantastic views; super helpful and friendly staff; nice breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant; and a nice relaxing pool. Plenty of parking in a nice big lot. If you don't mind a few extra minutes to get there, it's absolutely wonderful!

Un hotel magnifique, tres bien entretenu et avec de la literie mais également un petit déj de qualité. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant et tres humain. Le seul bémol reste l'accès en voiture qui n'est pas le plus pratique, mais l'hôtel en lui même vaut vraiment le coup. Je recommande vivement le restaurant avec la vue le soir, c'est à couper le souffle.

The staff was amazing at check in. The room was very clean and everything worked. The breakfast was also very good in the morning and the view is spectacular. It’s a little hard to get to, so definitely recommend a taxi coming to and from the city at night.

Super schönes und herzliches Hotel. Würde es wieder buchen Nur wichtig zu wissen: das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg. Mietwagen oder andere Art von Transfer sind hier von Vorteil. Der Weg ist Recht steil, aber gut asphaltiert.

Perfect retreat away from the hustle & bustle

Great hotel, away from the crowds, great to chill and wind down. The employees are very attentive & kind! Would recommend! Let us not forget the stunning views! Sunset Shoreline holds its name well.

Ho dormito come a casa mia… Il risveglio sembra una magia, la vista è mozzafiato, colazione super fornita, ristorante comodissimo e personale super gentile. Il tramonto in jacuzzi è la ciliegina sulla torta. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Really great hotel, and amazing staff. Don’t trust the location per Hotels.com - it’s not really walkable in hotter months to the centre of town - but you can get a taxi and the staff were kind enough to drop me back into town when I left. When I visited it was new so there was no restaurant facilities, but they were so helpful to detail delivery options which I did very easily and I really couldn’t fault it for the price and I was happy to have a Netflix and chill evening as I didn’t have a car and I was on my own. Lovely pool, wine bar c 5 mins walk away although hills galore. Drinks were reasonably priced also, if you have a car and are a couple, this is the place for you. If you’re a wimp about sunbathing also, the wind kept you cool, I loved it

The owner and staff were super helpful. AMA inv restaurant. Great view. Spacious and very quiet room. 2 Albanian boys who grew up in Italy opened this hotel a year ago. Very hopeful and high potential but seems like still trying to figure out. So customer must be patient. No phone in the room. Some inconvenience No facial tissues. guests must message the owner on WhatsApp for any requests. The toilet seat cover didn’t stay up. Shower drain was slow but the owner fixed it immediately. The major problem is the location. On Expedia, hotel is located in town and described only 2 min from town center but it’s actually located at the top of the hill which takes nearly 40 min climbing on the foot or 15 min by taxi which is about $20. So you need a car or money for the taxi to stay here. Plus. No restaurants or stores near by. I complained to Expedia for the incorrect information which incurred major unexpected expenses on the transportation. Also. The whole town loses the electricity daily often. When it happens, no water either. The country is just started developing. So I would recommend to wait 10 years before visiting.

Amazing view in the sunset

What a wonderfull place, staff, food, room and view, I wish we had plan to stay more than one night (You have to book more than one night). Enjoy the view in the morning and the sunset. Remember to book a table for dinner in the sunset. Everybody is so friendly!!
