「This lovely hotel is situated on the Rhine and is right off the walking paths along the river. You can easily walk to most of the main attractions in town. Our balcony had a river view and a partial city view. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent. We would stay there again.」

The manager Mr Mesra makes your stay unforgettable with courteous touches of cleanliness, well organized rooms and housekeeping and a wonderfully stocked breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Their desserts and pizzas are freshly made and wonderfully served in their French styled bistro cafe, a travelers dream stay. 」

「Great location, beautiful nature! The hotel staff was friendly and the room was super clean/comfortable. We would like to stay here again when we have the other chance to visit Mendig. (We didn't get any instructions about the park space and we were confused on site for a while, so it would be great if we could get the information in advance. :) )」

「Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Vom Frühstück würde ich abraten.Der Speisesaal ist zu überfüllt und die Auswahl nicht ansprechend....zu überteuert.Es gibt ausreichend Restaurants die in der Umgebung Frühstück anbieten. Die Rooftop Bar ist zwar schön eingerichtet,nur leider wurden wir nicht bedient und sind wieder gegangen. Schade!」

「What a beautiful place to stay, an old convent, peaceful surroundings. There are no staff, however everything is easy to find, coffee machine, tea’s, a fridge full of drinks in the main entrance. (Honesty box) Three minute walk to the Lindhoffer Gaststätte for a typical German breakfast, plenty of Coffee etc. We ate there in the evening, the rump steak was delicious and tender, other options were superb. It’s not the Hilton ok !!! , but it’s a truly comfortable and cosy experience. Enjoy x」
