"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Maadi. The Nile view was beautiful, and the large balcony was one of my favorite features. It was such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery.Mr. Nabil, the host, was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. He always responded promptly whenever we had a question and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Ibrahim, who helped us with the check-in, was also very friendly, helpful, and professional, which made our arrival smooth and easy.The gilded furniture gave the apartment a unique and elegant character. The free Wi-Fi was a great convenience, and the location was relatively convenient, with easy access to the city center.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. I will definitely come back here whenever I visit Egypt again, and I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a beautiful Nile view in Maadi."

"Very nice property with good, large and clean room. We were given an upgrade of a room with a balcony when we arrived and the view of the pyramids is stunning. Very friendly staff who always wanted to help. Lovely meal on the first night although very slow. The only other downside was I do feel we were ripped off on a 10 minute cab journey which cost way too much money."

"Thanks 🙏 to the guests relationship manager for contacting me and providing me with an extra bottle of water. FYI, the hotel policy in-room is strictly 1 bottle per day, also 1 teabag and 1 instant coffee sachet. If you need more water (93 F degrees here since it’s summer, I guess everybody would) then make sure to bring some extra bottles or buy it from the hotel restaurant."

"One of the best places I have ever stayed. The room was amazing very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for any type of traveller. All of the complex was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available 24/7 whenever we needed anything. The pool area was lovely and well kept, and the location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby (about 30-40 minute uber to the pyramids) I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again."

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
