DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY at this bungalow. The description is false. There is no wired or wifi internet in the house. You cannot use wifi calling, surf the web on your phone, or connect your computer to the internet. You cannot watch tv of any kind, much less "premium channels", as advertised. There is no "river view". There is a stream next to the property that you can easily step over. It is not a river by any stretch of the imagination. And you can only see it if you stand next to the fence and look down at the neighboring property. The pool should be the highlight, but it is disgusting. It is not maintained properly. The sides are caked with scum. The water has so much algae that it's green. There are dead centipedes in the water. The cover doesn't have a roller, it is heavy and difficult to remove. When you take it off and put it back on, you deposit grass and dirt in the pool. Three tea kettles were broken. One had old tea in it (yuck). The bathroom smelled like sewer. We had to leave the window open to make it bearable, so the bathroom was freezing. The shower head was broken. On the first night, there were no sheets on the bed, much less "Frette Italian sheets". The parking, pathway, unit, and pool ARE NOT wheel chair accessible. There's a dirt parking area with puddles even on a dry day, with a gravel path overgrown with weeds to access the building. Also, be prepared to be monitored by closed circuit camera, zero privacy. Don't go here.
