"I cannot wait to come back. I will stay here over and over again. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Super easy to get in main Ponta Degada. Though on the main road, it was super quiet at night. I loved hearing the church bells, the ocean, and birds! The view was spot on. I love the Azores!"

"The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! "

"Great house in a good spot to walk to meet areas of Ponta Delgada. In our 50's and it took 20 mins to walk to town. The younger people with us rented electric scooters on an app and buzzed back and forth. Great beach was a 20-30 min walk in the opposite directing of town. There is a bike and walking paths that run all along the coast and are very nice and safe. "The Whales Bay hotel is highly recommended. The place was very nice and clean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and even got into the jacuzzi for a few minutes. The location is nice also as it is out in a quieter area but still only about 25 minutes t Ponta Delgada. The only thing missing was a nice breakfast."
