この場所でこれならお値打ちかな
着いた日、14時頃からいきなり水道が全部ストップ。トイレを使ったあとなのでちょっと困りました。チェックイン時の案内はなし。 コンセントがブラジル独特な形で、日本のが使えなかった。大抵ユニバーサルになっているのに。仕方なく40レアルでアダプター買いました。 朝食は結構種類もあり大満足です。

立地はパウリスタ通りに近く便利。坂の途中に立っているホテルなので、道路側の部屋は車の走行音がうるさい為、避けた方が良い。朝食の種類も多くないので、複数宿泊する場合には食事に飽きてしまいます。

Not a 4star it’s a 2 star and reception was great but breakfast there was no plates no glass one day next day a very friendly person helped and it was ok. But rooms corridors gym need renovations immediately

I liked how polite the staff was. Always very kind when asking them questions. The area was perfect. Lots of shopping and malls and grocery stores near by. What I didn’t like. The hallways and carpet look tired and old. Gives it a bad look. The tv had only a couple Local channels that I had to use the tv knob to change. The remote didn’t do anything. The water pressure was bad. Took several attempts to flush a toilet. Also wish that they could upgrade the plugs at least one to have usb or American plug. Felt Intentional since they have a display at front desk to buy adapters. Several of the gym equipment was broken.

Apesar do hotel ter um mobiliário antigo, o quarto estava limpo, as toalhas claras, funcionários atenciosos e uma ótima localização. O valor da estadia poderia ser um pouco menor.

Limpeza precária, móveis velhos, rouparia manchada. Pedi troca de edredons e me entregaram outro com cheiro de roupa que nao secou direito. Funcionários sem compostura e pouco gentis, como se o hóspede o incomodasse em seu trabalho. Definitivamente, essa filial suja o nome da rede.

The hotel is nice and clean. The only issue was they weren’t able to locate the reservation. We had to spend an hour waiting and had to contact Expedia prior to sorting the situation. Not ideal after such a long flight. Everything else was ok!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ansehnlich. Zu dem hauseigenen Restaurant kann ich nur sagen, wenn ihr Personal keine Lust zum Arbeiten hat, sollten Sie sich andere Leute einstellen. Die Bedienung hat uns gesehen als wir uns hingesetzt haben, denn es gab noch andere besetzte Tische. Diese wurden auch bedient, außer wir. Nach 20 Minuten kam eine andere Bedienung - nachdem er mehrmals an uns vorbeigelaufen ist - und wollte unsere Bestellung aufnehmen. Wir sind aufgestanden und gegangen.

This property is in a good location just off Paulista. There are many good options nearby for restaurants and shopping. The staff were very kind and helpful and the morning breakfast was good!

The furniture in the room was old and worn, and there was no safe. I had to request one three times and was eventually brought one, and it wasn’t attached to anything, so not secure at all. Breakfast was very good.

Quarto ruim e não volto mais.
Achei muito ruim. O que é colocado na foto aqui não condiz com o local. Cortina caindo, rodapé do quarto solto, cama horrível, banheiro não tem onde pendurar nem toalha. Secador de cabelo conectado a parede de forma precária. As pessoas que trabalham no local são gentis porém nada tinham que fazer nestas condições.

Excelente localização e staff.

Os funcionários todos são muito simpáticos, prestativos e educados (Na minha opinião, este foi o grande diferencial durante a estadia). A localização do hotel é excelente e muito conveniente, próxima a Av. Paulista, shoppings, comércios e restaurantes. A piscina e a academia são muito bem cuidadas e contam com equipamentos muito novos. Os quartos são espaçosos, porem requer modernização. O ar condicionado é antigo e muito barulhento, tornando impossível dormir com ele ligado. O café da manhã oferece uma variedade e qualidade somente ok.
