O hotel tem boa estrutura, espaçoso e com bastante opções de atividade, mas precisa de reforma. Quarto ok. Equipe gentil e prestativa. Infelizmente a alimentação é muito ruim, tem bastante opção mas tudo mal apresentado e mal feito. A sensação é que o responsável pela cozinha não sabe cozinhar. Encontramos até alimentos estragados. O hotel está reestruturando a antiga propriedade. Já foi modernizada e reformada. Mas ainda há espaços sem utilização. A sauna precisa ser melhorada. E precisa de armários nos vestiários da piscina, até porque o hotel oferece day use. Os quartos são grandes e alguns modernizados. Vale a experiência por ser tão perto de São Paulo. Em junho, tem festa junina. Muito boa .

Hotel entrega o que promete. Espaço com diferentes opções de lazer: piscinas - em ambiente aberto e internas. Quadra de beach tênis e de futebol de areia, campo de futebol, parquinho e brinquedoteca para atender a um público bem variado. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Simples, mas completo. Bom café da manhã e demais refeições variadas e bem feitas. Funcionários gentis e dedicados a fazer da hospedagem uma boa experiência aos hóspedes. Equipe de lazer animada. Gostei do paisagismo! O que falta? Uma manutenção mais cuidadosa que envolva a atualização de alguns espaços, como os chuveiros, por exemplo.

Comida do restaurante foi péssima. Fomos os primeiros a chegar, tinha pouquíssima gente e demorou uma hora e meia para servir. Para esquentar uma simples água para fazer chá demorar mais de 30 minutos. E para finalizar, toda a comida foi servida fria.

Hotel agradável, mas as áreas comuns, principalmente banheiros e vestiário, precisam de reforma urgente. Estão em condições muito ruins. Brinquedoteca também precisa de renovação nos itens. Quarto muito agradável. Piscinas sao boas, mas também precisam de mais limpeza. De alimentação, a qualidade é boa, mas a variedade é pouca. Talvez porque o hotel estava um pouco vazio.
