O prédio é muito bom, a unidade em que fiquei, a 305, está bem descuidada na sua manutenção. Mas a localização, mais a praticidade compensaram em grande parte as deficiências da propriedade.

O apartamento não atendeu a todas as necessidades. Para uma estadia curta, ok, mas para uma estadia longa é limitado. * O ar-condicionado não aquece. * Havia um cobertor sujo. * As paredes estavam manchadas. * Havia algumas sujeiras nos cantos do chão. * Não havia o abajur de cabeceira mostrado nas fotos. * Os móveis da sacada, conforme as fotos do anúncio, não estavam disponíveis. * O anúncio não é fiel ao que é apresentado nas fotos. * A flexibilização do horário de checkout foi ruim.
